1. About us
Novo Core Labs operates the website novocorelabs.com (the “Site”). We supply research peptides and related compounds for laboratory and scientific research use only.

2. Research use only
All products sold on this Site are supplied exclusively for in vitro laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary administration, therapeutic use, or self-medication. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you intend to use the products solely for lawful scientific research.
No product on this Site carries any medicinal, therapeutic, or health claim. Any such interpretation is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Age and eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are purchasing the products for legitimate research purposes in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse any order where we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.
4. Your account
When you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where we believe the account is being used in breach of these terms.
5. Products and pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.
Product images, descriptions, and certificates of analysis (COAs) are provided for reference. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free. COAs are supplied by independent third-party HPLC testing and are made available for each product variant where applicable.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time.
6. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We will send you an email confirmation once payment has been received and your order has been accepted.
Full payment is required before any order is dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where a product is found to be incorrectly priced or unavailable.
7. Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before 2PM on the day the order was placed. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@novocorelabs.com to make a cancellation request.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns policy for options after dispatch.
8. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Full details of our shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are set out on our Shipping & Returns page.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2PM on business days on the same day. Delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
9. Returns and refunds
Full details of our returns and refunds process are set out on our Shipping & Returns page. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is owned by or licensed to Novo Core Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novo Core Labs accepts no liability for:
- Any loss or damage arising from misuse of our products, including use outside of a lawful research context
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the Site or our products
- Interruptions to or errors on the Site
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Partner programme
If you participate in our affiliate partner programme, separate terms apply. Please refer to the Partner Programme Terms & Conditions, which form a separate agreement.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
